Of our living 4 generations, several family members have some type of immune dysfunction, including: lyme disease, PANDAS, various allergies, asthma, add/adhd/asd, scoliosis, thyroid goiter, insulin dependent diabetes, narcolepsy. Several of us have improved with one or more types of dietary intervention: low carb, gluten free, casein free, corn & soy free, organic.
We’re on a quest to better understand our biochemistry: Do we have a genetic predisposition for immune dysregulation? What environmental conditions trigger or exacerbate our illnesses? What can we do to restore immune function, reclaim our health, and prevent further harm to our current and future generations?
